Dogs | A visitor from Nambour asked whether the comments about bringing dogs across to Coochie were a plea or whether bringing dogs across is banned. | It really is just a plea

Photos | I have recently bought a laptop and printer and decided to visit coochie from the comfort of my bedroom-cum-office. My brother has been living on coochie for about 30 odd years...... it would be great to be able to visit him but for health reasons it is sadly just a dream....I can see why he looks on it as paradise. | Brian Madge, England | ...the photos only tell half of the story, you miss the perfume of the plants and the cries of the parrots

children | I am thinking of moving myself and my 3 children to Coochie. Can you tell me what life is like there for children ? | Christine | There are a number of single-parent families here. The roads are safer than in average suburbs because there arent too many cars.
Problems occur though when the kids get a bit older and they have to keep on travelling backwards and forwards because they are involved in things at school on the mainland. Really though, this applies to anybody, not just to schoolkids. |

visitors | i visited your beautiful island in 2003 - I have friends in Shirley Street and it is so nice to be able to see all the things you saw in reality on the web. Keep up the good work and if you should see Nerolie and Lex, please give them my regards. The Dutch flag on their house comes from me. Thanks and greetings from the Netherlands! | Hans Firing | our pleasure
